About the project
Arabic calligraphy is one of the highest achievements of Islamic art, and over the centuries an enormous number of calligraphic styles have emerged across the Arab and Islamic world. For a long time, its powerful influence held back the development of Arabic type design.
TPTQ Arabic, a sister company of Typotheque, offers professional Arabic fonts for print and web directly from the designers, together with webfonts, font testers, custom fonts, books and posters.
Our part of the job
We have worked on TPTQ Arabic since 2014. Its website and font shop run on the system we originally developed for Typotheque.
