How we work
- We talk about your library, your licences and how you sell today.
- We prepare the information architecture and specification.
- We set up ELEFONT or build the solution, and implement the design – yours or your designer's.
- We migrate fonts, customers and orders and launch the shop.
- We host and look after it, for as long as you need.
Why foundries stay with us
We understand typographers and we know what you need to present your work and run your online business. Our work with Typotheque began in 2002, Indian Type Foundry has been with us since it launched in 2009, and Suitcase and Briefcase since 2015.
Questions
Do you work with non-Latin scripts?
Yes. We have experience with all writing systems, including rare and historical ones.
Can you move our existing shop?
Yes. We migrate users, orders and fonts and link them to the new data structure.
Do you take a commission on our sales?
No. You pay clear monthly costs for running and looking after the shop – what you earn from your fonts stays yours.
Who hosts the shop?
We do – on our own infrastructure on Hetzner Cloud or Amazon Web Services, with backups, ongoing maintenance and support.
