About the project
iCheck Global is the new generation of the iCheck checklist system we have developed for RHpositive. We built it in 2023 as one application for many warehouses, and it has since been rolled out in Slovakia, Germany, Romania, Spain, Portugal, France, Thailand and Finland.
Our part of the job
We designed and developed the iPad app, the admin interface and the API, and we run the servers:
- import and export checklists with questions and rules defined in the admin – with different versions for different warehouses
- the app, the admin and the questions in several languages
- photos for any question, signatures, and seal numbers with photos
- shipment lists by status, with search and an import/export filter
- offline work, including login, with synchronisation once the device is back online
- an “Everything good” button and instruction images in checklists
- user rights by warehouse – managers set up users and assign warehouses themselves
- lists of foremen, forklift drivers, quality inspectors, carriers, customers and locations
- shipment import, e-mail notifications and XML export with links to photos, sent by FTP or e-mail
- statistics of shipments and carriers
